DAMO 'mail.box' Message

I was getting a message on closing Outlook that said that there were messages in 'mail.box' that had not been sent. Here's how I resolved the issue:

• Close Outlook
• Open Lotus Notes
• Database/Open
  • Select "All file types"

  • Navigate to c:\program files\DominoForOutlook\mail.box

• Notes displays the mail router database. After you close the banner page, you'll see what's unsent. In my case, it was an email I *thought* had gone out a week ago. I deleted it, exited Notes, started and exited Outlook, and the message was gone.
